What types of workouts does Carrie Fitness offer?

Carrie Fitness workouts are slotted into the following primary categories:

  • Strength Training
  • Barre and Pilates
  • Sculpt
  • Cardio
  • Core
  • Stretch and Recovery
I am just starting/restarting an exercise program. Are their beginner and easier workouts for me on Carrie Fitness?

Before starting any exercise program consult with a physician.

Yes, there are workouts for all levels including beginners.

What equipment do I need to participate in Carrie Fitness workouts?

We will generally use 1-3 pieces of equipment per workout.

Equipment used for each workout will be dependent upon fitness level and experience.

  • 2lb, 3lb, 5lb, 8lb, and 10lb dumbbells
  • 1lb ankle weights
  • Mini resistance band loops – easy to moderate
  • Long resistance bands – easy to moderate
  • Barre ball (small ball)
  • Kettlebell, Laundry Detergent Bottle, or Water Jug
  • Stability ball: 55 inch for 5’4” and under, 65 inch for 5’5” and taller
  • Chair, bar, broom, hockey stick, or golf club.
  • Sliders or small towels.
What is a Weekly Express workout?

New every week, these 10-minute workouts serve as a foundation workout that should be done 2-3 times per week in addition to the other workouts you select from the Carrie Fitness library and LIVE Carrie workouts.

Weekly Express workouts focus on a specific piece of equipment or a specific area of the body and change every week.

What is a Signature workout?

A workout I would go back to and do over and over again.

You may even hear me say during the workout, “WOW…this workout is a MUST DO AGAIN”. It is a feeling I get while performing a special workout with you that sparks a WOW FACTOR and demands it be labeled as Signature.

Do you provide Challenges? What are Carrie Fitness Challenges like?

I LOVE fitness challenges. Challenges range from 7 days to 30 days and have a specific theme. For example, one of my favorites is a red-carpet ready fitness challenge to inspire and motivate us.

There will be a few Challenges every year and sprinkling them into your personal fitness plan keeps things fun and fresh Challenges can also amplify your focus and provide extra motivation to reach your goals.

Access to Challenges is dependent upon subscription tier.

What are the Bundles, and should I use them?

Bundles are a connected series of five to seven 10-minute workouts targeting a specific area of the body or workout category.

Bundles provide highly effective short burst workouts for all fitness levels to strengthen, tone, stretch, and recover.

Access to Bundles is dependent upon subscription tier.

How often do you release new Carrie Fitness workouts?

New Weekly Express and On Demand workouts are added every Sunday.

Live workouts are delivered every week. Click here for this month’s live workout schedule.

When do you post your schedule of Live monthly workouts to Carrie Fitness?

The Carrie Fitness schedule of Live workouts is posted to carriefitness.com one week before the end of each month. For example, the December live workout schedule is posted on or about November 23.

What are the Carrie Fitness subscription plans and pricing?

We offer three subscription plans:

  • Feel Good
    • Monthly: $25
    • Annual: $300
  • Feel Great
    • Monthly $45
    • Annual $516 ($43 per month – 4% off monthly)
  • Feel Amazing
    • Monthly: $50
    • Annual $540 ($45 per month – 10% off monthly)

There is a free 7-day trial period for all new subscribers to try out Carrie Fitness.

How do I upgrade or downgrade my membership on Carrie Fitness?

Change Subscription Tiers:

  • Please navigate to “My Account” and utilize the contact form to let us know that you want to change tiers.
  • We will confirm your request and then issue the appropriate credit if applicable.

Upgrade to Annual:

  • Please navigate to “My Account” and utilize the contact form to let us know that you want to move up to an annual subscription and what tier you select. 
  • We will confirm your request and then charge you for the full year discounted membership with credit for any time remaining on your current month. 

Downgrade to Monthly:

  • Please navigate to “My Account” and utilize the contact form to let us know you want to change to a monthly subscription and what tier you select. 
  • We will confirm your request and then issue a refund to your credit card.
  • Your refund is based on 50% of the annual subscription cost remaining and calculated at the end of the current month.
  • We will then begin to charge you on a month-by-month basis on the first of each month for the monthly subscription cost.

We utilize Stripe as our payment gateway for PCI compliance and only accept credit cards.

When does Carrie Fitness charge my credit card?

Monthly subscription charges are processed on the first of each month until you cancel your subscription. 

Annual subscription charges are processed on the day sign-up is completed and billed on a recurring basis 365 days following your anniversary date until you cancel your subscription. 

How do I update my payment information on the Carrie Fitness website?
  • To update your payment information, navigate to “My Account”.
  • Select your profile page by clicking the top-right menu (on desktop) or My Account (on mobile). 
  • You will see the credit card on file as well as the ability to update your card through our Stripe PCI compliant gateway.

What is your cancellation policy, how can I cancel my subscription, and will I be refunded any paid subscription fees?

To cancel a monthly subscription:

  • Navigate to “My Account”.
  • Select your profile page by clicking the top-right menu (on desktop) or My Account (on mobile). 
  • You will be provided with the option to cancel.  
  • Your access to Carrie Fitness will terminate at month end and you will not be billed again.
  • No refunds will be provided for monthly subscriptions.

To cancel an annual subscription:

  • Navigate to “My Account”.
  • Utilize the contact form to request cancellation. 
  • We will confirm your request and then issue a refund to your credit card.
  • The refund is based on 50% of the annual subscription cost remaining and calculated at the end of the current month.
Can I pause my subscription with Carrie Fitness?

To pause your subscription you must complete the cancellation process. 

Website/Technical Issues
How do I use the Dashboard to create a customized Plan?
  • Navigate the account portal
  • As you see a video you’d like to add to your Plan, hover (on desktop) and click the Plus Icon.
  • That video will head into Your Plan
  • Within Your Plan you are able to add saved videos and LIVES (if your subscription allows) into Your Week by adding the Plus Icon
  • From My Week, you are finally able to drag-drop reorder to tailor the view to you weekly schedule.
How do I use the search functionality on Carrie Fitness to find a workout?
  • Head to your Account
  • Within the Account view, there is a search bar on the top of the navigation
  • Enter any combination of body parts, durations, and more and follow by hitting the enter button
  • This will take you to the search results page
  • From there, you are able to filter further or enter a new search query
What do I do if I am having issues logging in or accessing content on Carrie Fitness?
  • Regardless of your account status you should always have access to your account. 
  • To access your account:
    • Use the password field. If your password is not working, attempt a password reset.

What is my login name on Carrie Fitness?

Your login is always the email address used when you set up your account.

How do I change my password on Carrie Fitness?

There are two ways to change your password. 

  1. If you are locked out of your account, you can request a password reset at the login page.
  2. Navigate to “My Account”.
    1. Select your profile page by clicking the top-right menu (on desktop) or My Account (on mobile). 
    2. On that page you can update your password. 
What browsers and devices can I use to access Carrie Fitness workouts?

The website is supported by all modern devices and browsers, except Internet Explorer and TOR browser. 

Please note that you must have Javascript enabled on your browser to access Carrie Fitness videos and the website functionality. 

What if I am having trouble streaming Carrie Fitness workouts?

If you are having any issues streaming videos, please utilize the contact form here https://carriefitness.com/contact/ or email us at support@carriefitness.com to send us a detailed description of what is occurring. 

Videos of your issue captured though applications such as Loom (https://www.loom.com/) are very helpful to our team and help expedite troubleshooting.

How do I access your Live workouts?

Access the LIVE calendar from your User Dashboard.

Hit the link to enter the LIVE workout on its scheduled day and time.

Access to LIVE workouts is dependent upon subscription tier.

Does Carrie Fitness have an app?

Not currently, all content is accessible through carriefitness.com.

How would you describe your methods and workout philosophy?

The core of my method is best described as Smart Fitness.  

It feels like I am training you in person even though our workouts are delivered virtually.  

Smart Fitness is a blend of proper form, breathwork and tempo to create wellness in your entire body and mind.  Every workout is designed with a safety-first approach consisting of short yet highly focused exercises that can lead to remarkable results over time.

Purchased Products
How long does it take for purchased products on carriefitness.com to ship?

Our goal is to process and ship orders within 2 business days from order placement.

All orders are shipped via parcel ground service.

There are no options to expedite shipping (e.g., Next Day, etc.).

Will I receive an invoice and order confirmation from Carrie Fitness when my order is placed?

Yes, you will receive an order conformation via email.

Will I get a tracking number for my product purchase when in transit?

Yes, you will receive an email from us with your tracking number.

What is your return policy for product purchases?

All products are returnable for full credit within 30 days from receipt.

To request a product return, please email support@carriefitness.com with your order number and we will initiate a return if within policy. 

Other
Can I save workouts to my phone or device?

Workouts cannot be downloaded and are subject to the Terms of Service for Carrie Fitness Interactive LLC.

Workouts are available 24 x 7 on carriefitness.com for subscribers and dependent upon subscription tier.

Can I do your workouts while I am pregnant?

Only participate in exercise while pregnant, including workouts on carriefitness.com, after consulting your physician.
